In 1989 I opened a Flooring Company in Miami. At the time businesses were becoming increasingly dependent on computers to perform daily tasks. Mine was no exception. I outsourced IT to several companies, but all of them failed miserably. I began studying into late morning hours learning the trade, to break free from dependency on incompetent services. Eventually I was not only able to help myself, but others experiencing similar difficulties, friends of mine who were also small business owners.
