Total Revenue $210,000,000 CDN• Improved Net Profit Margin by 2-percentage points year over year in a promotional market.• Instituted a discipline demand planning and inventory management process that led to a cleaner inventory position and improved inventory turns.• Contributed to strategies leading to market share increases in golf, team sports and fitness categories.• Supervise, mentor, train and monitor business unit personnel through goal setting, HR planning, and daily coaching; total staff of 16 direct and indirect reports.• Develop, forecast, monitor and report revenue, margin, and inventory targets vs. budget on a monthly basis. Provide necessary benchmarks to sales, marketing and finance on terms, margin, discounts, revenues, pricing, forecasting, product initiatives and brand positioning.• Act as a liaison to NIKE Corporate on all aspects of Canadian Footwear and Equipment marketplace. • Analyze market share, consumer trends, competitor insights and direct merchandising plans to attack opportunities.
