Achievements include:Creating, supporting, and serving three cohorts of key strategic church and diocesan leaders that Alpha Ireland developed as part of their CEF strategy.Content & webinar creation, coaching, leadership development, strategy and vision casting, developing, and running training opportunities.Event management delivery, including Alpha Trainings, weekly prayer gatherings, and conference planningA key driver was relationship building between churches and the development of self-sustaining hubs that would equip other churches. Developed new opportunities for movement along the CEF framework.The promotion of the Alpha course and increasing the number of courses across the suite of resourcesOnline regional and national engagement - helped develop and run a weekly ecumenical Prayer Call with avg. 50 Alpha leaders from across Ireland.Catholic clergy and parish teams -Refocus Alpha Taster Course for 45 participants.
