I built and implemented a project plan which included replacing all computer systems with laptops and upgrades to the current network with new wireless access points, and a managed gigabit switch. This improved throughput between the servers, copiers, and network attached storage as well as wireless access points.I troubleshot continuous rebooting servers. After replacing the power supply and server board, I was able to stop the continuous rebooting, which caused the Active Directory (AD) files to become corrupt. It required rebuilding the AD database. During the after action report it was determined that the server boards are prone to this type of failure. I worked with client requirements to design a single new server to replace the two older servers.
