Manage staff of thirty mainframe associates, two supervisors and UST Vendor relationship for fifteen onshore/offshore resources as it relates to Application Development Services on IBM Mainframe platform. Responsible for managing and sharing of resources to meet company demand with an emphasis on end-to-end technical delivery and leverage skill based alternate sourcing to satisfy customer needs. Responsible for documenting Mainframe Competency Best Practices and maintaining standards for application solutions. Member of Delivery Process Improvement Committee (DPIC) as owner of “Development Phase” for Project Life Cycle. Manage actual demand with forecast demand via Clarity Analytic Reporting tool. Track online time card entry. Execute customized reports for approval Invoice Payment Process. Review Resource requests and worked closely with UST account representative and IBC Technical Delivery Managers to fill project needs. Process resumes, review candidate qualifications and responsible for obtaining On-Boarding requirements. Accountable for employee evaluations and training needs.

Manage staff between 16 to 27 programmers, 2 project leaders, 2 senior technical consultants and several outside vendors on various platforms. Manage multiple projects simultaneously within three separate departments - Accounts Payable, HMO Self Funded Billing and Internal Audit/Fraud & Abuse/Compliance. Accountable for special projects and support and maintenance of over 21 applications. Responsible for resource management, career development, performance appraisals, customized training, staffing, and budget preparation. Project installed using corporate release concept.
