Since then, Dan's work on international customer training programs includes instructional systems design, development and delivery. Dan began as an instructor at the Navy’s Advanced Electronics School and grew through assignments as Training Manager US Navy programs, for the FAA's Terminal Doppler Weather Radar (TDWR) and Digital Airport Surveillance Radar (DASR) programs as well as Director of Training for International Air Traffic Control (IATC) and Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS).
