Yucatan Dan’s will be a string of small Boutique Condos complexes along the US Gulf coast, the Caribbean and Pacific coasts of Mexico, Belize and other beachfront / waterfront locations. The complexes will consist of 14 to 40 condos with a palapa restaurant & bar, a pool with a swim-up bar and a colorful beach theme. The locations will be predominately on the beach near the center of small towns, (the closer to the main public pier and other businesses the better). Definitely Not Cancun!

Responsibilities: • Responsible for sales to nationally known production home builders • Identifying changing market trends to stay ahead of the competition. • Negotiating contracts, payment terms and completion / delivery schedules with: municipalities, general contractors, landowners and national homebuilders. • Hands-on supervision and management of all aspects of real estate development, construction, land development and day-to-day business operations.
