TWPS is a joint venture between Worley Parsons and Broadspectrum with around 600 employees and are a specialised provider of operations and asset services to the power generation industry. TWPS has a partnership agreement with AGL Macquarie for the operation and maintenance of the Ash handling and Water treatment plants, maintenance of mills and boilers on both Bayswater and Liddell Power stations in Muswellbrook, NSWMy current role is as Bayswater Mills Workgroup leader since July 2017 prior to this role my role was the WHSEQ Coordinator.The role responsibilities in the Workgroup Leader Role is to lead the Bayswater PF Mills work teams on a day to day basis on 16000hr and 32000hr services. This Includes -Completing daily prestart meeting and toolboxes-Development and implementation of safe work method statements and work procedures in consultation with work team and key stakeholder-Facilitation of stakeholder engagement-Subcontractor management-Equipment management -Direct supervision of work team

The key focus of the WHSEQ Coordinator role was to facilitate the implementation of the TWPS WHSEQ Management plan onsite. Which directly includes the following:-Implementation and ongoing adaption of the site WHSEQ Management plan -Development and coordination of Internal Audit program-Development of site training and induction plan-TWPS and AGL Macquarie approved Induction Trainer/Assessor-Organisational Training and development-Incident investigation using ICAM process-Establishment of HSE committee and Health and Safety Representatives in work teams -Monthly statistical reporting at site and board level.-Monitoring the ongoing compliance with a AS4801 and relevant ISO standards-Delivering monthly HSE presentations to workforce and senior operational management-Return to work Coordination and injury Management
