Implement new policies to attain BS8555 accreditation as well as writing an SMS (Safety Management System) within the guidelines of 18001 status.Developed and implemented a Training and Development Plan incorporating an Apprenticeship Program which received a certified acknowledgement from the Government.Additionally, I held limited responsibility for Health and Safety throughout the company and managed a responsive repair and minor void contract.
