As interim plant manager, my focus was adding the organizational capability and developing the existing management team to improving efficiency and stabilize the operation. Within four months output increased by 50% and overdue orders – which had peaked at 2 months in early in 2017 – were eliminated.

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of this papermaking chemical manufacturing facility. Achieved significant quality and cost improvements in production of AKD wax and polyamide resins.Established effective Community Outreach program, assisting the local community in developing a unique approach to administering Federal Block Grants at the municipal level.Drove turnaround in plant safety, reducing injury rates from 10+ to 2.
