- Provided IT development/support for library staff, including an overhaul of the internal book-ordering system and administration of Athens access management and image library systems- Populated and rewrote content for the library intranet and Blackboard VLE

- Organised, administrated and helped develop content for the college's Moodle VLE, taking it from a test installation to full integration and use across all departments- Supported technicians and teaching staff in effective use of IT in the classroom; advised on the college's overall e-learning strategy
