• Represent international and local unions in federal court, before government agencies and arbitration.• Represent Taft-Hartley and ERISA-qualified pension and welfare plans in federal courts. Draft employee benefit plans and trust agreements. Review benefit appeals and determine participant rights under benefit plans.• Advise clients on all aspects of employment law, including Title VII, the FMLA, and ADA.
