I am the Senior Division Director, Operations Learning and Development at Metra Rail.With a proven track record of successfully leading learning teams and managing projects in both the corporate and non-profit world my focus has been in delivering the right learning, to the right audiences, using the most appropriate delivery format. Myself and the teams I've had the opportunity to lead have designed, developed, and implemented on the delivery of education in multiple formats, including virtual conferences, asynchronous course delivery, and micro-learning.With over twenty-five years of experience in the field, I have led in the design, development and delivery of a variety of learning experiences - from new employee orientation to workshops for senior leadership. I have led in the selection and implementation of an enterprise-wide learning management system with two organizations. I have designed and developed online course curricula and facilitated online virtual classes. I have also led research teams that looked into hybrid learning technologies, such as immersive learning simulations and virtual worlds. I have been able to share that research at industry conferences and through published articles.
