Responsible for the day-to-day operation of EXP’s Earth & Environmental Services for the Eastern Ontario Region.Licensed Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) in Ontario and Nunavut, and a certified Groundwater Professional (CGWP). Managed over 1,000 local, national and international projects some of which have won Regional and National Engineering Awards of Excellence. Volunteer activities include being the current Chair of Land Development for the Greely Community Association and an active member of the Ottawa Chapter of The Executive Committee. He recently completed a term serving on the Board of Directors for the Ottawa Chapter of the Project Management Institute and prior to this, served on the Executive Committee of the Ottawa Chapter of the Canadian Geotechnical Society.As Senior Manager, responsible for the: financial operation and management of the E & E group, contract administration, team building, leadership, partnering, quality assurance, quality control, risk management, business development, marketing, collections, accounts payable, accounts receivables, etc. As Senior GeoScientist, responsibilities include: conducting and reviewing environmental assessments, peer review of third party reports, technical report writing, contract administration, contaminant hydrogeology, where he specialized in identifying, characterizing, controlling/containing and remediating subsurface soil and groundwater contamination, landfill site investigations, landfill reclamation, bioremediation, environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater remediation, water supply design/analysis, wastewater and water treatment, risk assessment and risk management, indoor air quality assessments, emergency response plans, and environmental compliance audits.Acted as an expert witness on behalf of the Crown in the court of law in the Provinces of Ontario & Quebec, and presented scientific papers at a multitude of national and international conferences.
