As Health and Safety Manager, I ensure that a culture and knowledge of health and safety and the HSWA 2015 is embedded in everything we do - whether it's health and safety topping all business meeting agendas, weekly toolbox conversations, rewarding good health and safety initiatives and practices among our teams - it's imperative that we not only look out for ourselves but look out for each other.
