Talent Development Manager
CurrentResponsible for the strategic planning and delivery of all Talent Development programs at TRIMEDX.* Built learning tracks for all levels of Leadership including a Leadership Exploration Series for aspiring leaders; new leader training with a focus on the transition to leadership, leadership behaviors, communication and conflict management, delegation of tasks, and conducting effective meetings; and existing leaders focusing on how to inspire trust, create vision and strategy, execute the strategy effectively and coaching.*All programs are completed through a combination of self-paced learning, response and reflection in a participant guide, meetings with their manager, application of learning through experience and a final capstone for confirmation of completion and competence in the programs.*Additionally implemented a new team building protocol from research to rollout using Emergenetics to engage and empower employees using the associates thinking and behavioral styles.
