Initially worked to integrate our team of ~150 into the acquiring business; including integration of processes such as information security, product development, and support.Went on to lead a portfolio of products, supporting a product team of ~125 working on all aspects of the digital in-store experience. Ensuring that their work aligned to business strategy and met the compliance requirements of Klarna’s product release process, adherent to all regulatory requirements. Product portfolio included in-store payments using Klarna’s card and scan QR products, loyalty cards, and brand engagement.

Took the organisation and product team from seed investment to acquisition by Europe's fastest growing tech company. Grew the product team from 2 to 45 operating as cross functional vertical teams with their own goals and targets, and the organisation from 7 to 120 across 6 countries. Implemented key operations for customer support, customer onboarding, information security, data handling, employee development and partner success. Wore lots of hats; responsible for Product, Engineering, Customer Activation & Support, Information Security, and Business Development. Also held the role of Data Protection Officer, registered with the ICO.Oversaw all operations for the UK office, including review and approval of customer and supplier agreements. Heavily involved in many aspects of the due diligence to facilitate the acquisition. Hero Virtual Shopping brought the in real life shopping experience online. The Hero platform connected millions of online shoppers with product experts at their favourite brands; growing conversion, increasing average order value and adding the human touch to eCommerce.
