Dan is an integral part of PNC Bank’s Structured Products Group, preparing, marketing and closing performing, sub-performing and non-performing loan sale transactions as well as taking a lead role in a new business initiative, liaising with Borrowers and underwriting and referring new loans for origination to client banks and conduit lenders.
