I have primarily had an Impact at MistyWest in Sales & Marketing and Operations. Currently, I'm mostly focused on leading Sales and Marketing activities at MistyWest. I led strategic and tactical marketing efforts at LightIntegra as it was bringing its flagship device ThromboLUX to market in the USA. This effort was heavily focused on educating physicians and Blood Bank personnel on the latest findings related to the appropriate allocation of Activated and Non-Activated Blood Platelets.

I worked in an incredibly dynamic and evolving role encompassing traditional marketing, communications, product management, technical sales, and customer success roles. Ultimately my role was taking care of any open task needed to ensure successful commercialization of our Blood Bank Laboratory device, ThromboLUX.Specifically, I did the following:- Created and executed a marketing plan- Directed conference exhibition efforts- Assisted in shaping product development as the voice of the customer- Developed a user training program for a new application of ThromboLUX- Oversaw prospective customer evaluations and studies of ThromboLUX- Supported sales professionals as a technical expert both on sales visits and remotely- Supported existing customers to ensure successful implementation of ThromboLUX

I helped improve the reliability and repeatability of LightIntegra's flagship device, ThromboLUX, through systematic testing of the optical chain and sampling system. The result was a successful submission to the FDA for listing as a Class 1 medical device.

Worked to characterize and improve the performance of a electro-mechanical medical device.

Used Computational Fluid Dynamics to model heat transfer during the curing of composite material structures. Designed and conducted experiments to validate the computer models.
