Senior Duty Manager
Current- As part of my role, I am the Health & Safety Coordinator working along sidesenior managers ensuring that the building meets all safety requirements dailythrough thorough checks and audits.- I have 3 directly reporting Duty Managers and oversee 50+ operational staff.- Deliver weekly staff training sessions, department meetings & 1-1 appraisals.- I am the Safeguarding Lead & Main NPLQ Trainer Assessor for my site, providingexcellent training and knowledge to those within and outside of Places Leisure.- I pride myself in being Eastleigh’s Learning & Development Champion; ensuringall my staff are trained to the highest standards and all training is up to date.- I am responsible for day to day operations of the building including; overseeingthe SAFE Quality Management System, Rota Management & Budgeting.- I am responsible for auditing equipment and completing stocktakes for the wholesite on a weekly basis.- Maintaining a high quality standard shop floor presence and elevated interactionwith both customers and staff.
