This included serving as the U.S. primary interlocutor with the Ukrainian Armed to determine and prioritize their needs • Increased Ukrainian military’s English language capabilities by more than 200% through the procurement of more than $5M in technical equipment, and the development of a training program for instructors and students.• Developed and supervised a technology security program, accounting for and safeguarding more than 12,000 pieces of sensitive military equipment across 126 locations• Led negotiations with office of the President of Ukraine to resolve a 7-year customs issue resulting in the rapid delivery of more than $150M in vital equipment during a time of crisis• Discovered a 6-year shipping backlog and created procedural and organizational changes, resulting in the immediate delivery of $97M worth of critical military equipment in 2 months
