As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bruce Power, I lead the Early Talent Development Program with over 100 students at the world's largest nuclear power generating site. I partner with hiring managers and campus stakeholders to recruit, onboard, and retain motivated students for summer internships, co-op roles, and new grad opportunities. I am passionate about student development and helping them launch their future careers.I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Nipissing University, where I also served as the captain of the Varsity Men's volleyball team for three years. I developed my leadership, teamwork, and communication skills through this experience, as well as through various roles with the North Bay Youth Volleyball Club and the Nipissing University Student Union. I was recognized by the university with several awards for my academic and athletic achievements. I am a lifelong learner and have pursued multiple certifications and training programs, including a Lean Green Belt, Sport Experiential Learning, and a Certificate in Organizational Development. I have also co-founded a leadership program called Athleadership, which supports student athletes in their transition to life after sport.
