Held the rank of Captain. I managed a training team of 6 senior staff. We delivered basic training to members of the armed forces and civilian support staff for deployment on overseas operations. I controlled and coordinated the teams training as well as giving lectures to audiences of 150+ students.

As a senior chemist I carried out quality control on all cat food products and was responsible for the release of label information. I also carried out various analytical methods using GC, HPLC and Dionex techniques.

The company tested various products from the food industry for pesticide residues. I worked in the Special Projects group, developing new analytical techniques.
