Led 27 Groton, CT-based Sailors in support of Navy’s cyber warfare capabilities by providing relevant Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Information (C4I) warfare skills to the fleet. Designated as NAVWAR Reserve Program (NWRP) Unmanned Systems Pillar Lead to manage unmanned air, surface, and undersea program managers supporting NIWC Pacific Unmanned Vehicle Lab and PEO C4I. Supported U.S. Fleet Forces-led, SURFDEVRON1-facilitated Large/Medium Unmanned Surface Vessel (L/M USV) Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development through PEO C4I and PMW 760.

- Transitioned a limited-production, commercial prototype high-speed tank to a serial manufacturing environment delivering four EV-F4 Ripsaws two months ahead of contractual delivery while successfully incorporating design updates and transitioning to new Oracle Account Reconciliation Management (ARM) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ENOVIA Matrix Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.- Negotiated and executed teaming agreement with a major international defence company to exclusively manufacture its Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV) in the U.S. and compete for the U.S. Army’s Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle (OMFV) DoD ACAT 1B Program as one of its major subcontractors.- Exceeded annual operating plan sales objectives on the first delivery order of a 5-year, $300M+ IDIQ Foreign Military Sales (FMS) tactical vehicle contract. Remained on schedule and within budget while piloting iBASEt Solumina digital manufacturing execution software and updating manufacturing processes outside the baseline.- Enhanced critical customer relationships at the Tank and Automotive Command (TACOM) through multiple contract modifications and facilitated negotiations. Scored satisfactory and above on CPAR assessments.

- Matured Navy Landing Craft Utility (LCU1700) and Army Maneuver Support Vessel-Light (MSV-L) preliminary designs and influenced DoD new ship construction acquisitions as design development program manager.- Developed baseline program and risk management plans, managed requirements compliance, and developed manufacturing/staffing/supplier plans based on the customer statement of work and vessel specifications. - Secured $500K fixed-price design study contract for LCU1700 Phase I program as proposal lead; facilitated teaming agreement with leading industry naval architecture firm and led contract execution as the PM.

- Augmented Joint Staff at AFRICOM Headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany supporting J37 Exercise and Training Division. Led J37 Reserve support from Navy, Army, and Air Force during Judicious Response Epic Guardian (JREG) 2019 exercise achieving joint staff training objectives (TO) across 5 mission-essential task areas aligned with the AFRICOM Strategic Themes and Campaign Objectives by administration of the TO’s through the Joint Training Information Management Systems (JTIMS) and reporting to exercise director (2-star general officer).

Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of 50+ embarked Navy and contractor personnel supporting $20M+ counterterrorism Adaptive Force Package (AFP) onboard a Joint High-Speed Vessel (JHSV). - Led the administration, operation, and employment of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) AFP shipboard personnel and systems supporting theater security cooperation, preserving freedom of the seas, and promoting peace and region stability in AFRICOM AOR.

SPAWAR Reserve Program (SRP) Unit Commanding Officer leading 22 Navy IT professionals in support of Navy Fleet Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Information (C4I) and cyber readiness programs. - Supported SRP Unmanned Vehicle (UMV) program during key autonomous technology systems reviews and exercises. Led a SRP UMV team of 8 Navy personnel in the demonstration of a collaborative Government/Industry-developed Command-and-Control (C2) technology that manages aerial, surface, and subsurface unmanned vehicles executing “cross-domain” hydrographic surveys during the Ship-to-Shore Maneuver Experimentation and Exploration (S2ME2) Advanced Naval Technology Exercise (ANTX).- Supported SPAWAR Program Executive Officer (PEO) C4I during a System-of-Systems Operability Test (SOT) pier side onboard LHD-7 at Naval Station Mayport. Interfaced with SOT Director and ship’s force to test legacy and newly installed Connected and Workstation Hosted Systems (CNHS) on the ship’s Consolidated Afloat Network and Enterprise Services (CANES) and Automated Digital Network System (ADNS).

- Initiated ONR-RC Project in support of Unmanned Meteorological and Oceanographic Systems at Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Stennis Space Center, MS. Engaged Naval Oceanography (NAVO) UUV operators to capture and evaluate hydrographic utility for unmanned systems in littoral and riverine environments.- Supported Military User Assessment (MUA) head-to-head Operational Assessment of the Expeditionary Water Craft (EWC) against the Lighter Amphibious Resupply Cargo (LARC). Generated test plan tasks and evaluation criteria. Supported draft report submitted to OPNAV N95 to further LARC replacement decision.

- Generated over $40M of annual sales of propulsion, power electric, and deck machinery systems for new Offshore Supply Vessels (OSV) with a consistent annual growth of 40% year-over-year sales; managed equipment installation, integration, and commissioning requirements through contract negotiations.- Incubated strategic expansion opportunities through customer engagement and data analysis to launch emerging market segment initiatives such as the Liquid Natural Gas (LNG)-powered OSV concept and Rolls Royce Power Systems (formerly known as Tognum MTU) Fast Supply Vessel collaboration.

- Led business development capture efforts for US Navy’s Ship-to-Shore Connector (SSC) Program. Supported preliminary design technical concept and reliability/availability/maintainability (RAM) trade study contracts. Developed strategic Industry partnerships and managed capture team’s advertisement and public relations plan. Capture team efforts resulted in $570M detailed design and construction contract award.

- Managed over 300 Sailors in challenging Navy individual augmentation (IA) missions during Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) as a Mobilized Individual Active-Duty Augment embedded with U.S. Army Military Police Brigade. Unit maintained the care, custody, and control of violent extremist organizations (VEO) detainees. - Served as Interim Life Support Area (LSA) Camp Commander; managed over a dozen Logistics Civilian Augmentation (LOGCAP) sustainment and new construction projects valued over $2.6M affecting over 4,000 residents and detainees. All projects remained on schedule and under budget.
