Audits focused on the client's charts, money and medication. The audits were completed to ensure everything was up to CARF's standard (national accrediting agency using a combination of state and federal regulations). * Consistently recruited by Senior Leadership (CEO, COO, VP, Director) members to serve as "thought partner" on a variety of confidential topics. Also participated in weekly, bi-weekly and monthly meetings with Sr. Leadership members.
