Responsible for 20,000 square foot facility including a recent state of the art renovation. * Excelled as a Turnaround & Change Manager - was tasked (by COO) to overtake a program on the verge of extinction (due to financial failure) and made an immediate impact. Revenue increased by 400 percent after only six months. Growth continued at similar rate for several years and currently brings in more than $3 million annually.* Entrepreneurial Partner - developed and created the award-winning program Club Curative which has been duplicated in two counties due to extreme popularity. Club Curative won the national Christie award for a "problem of excellence" for young adults with disabilities. Also developed and created Silver Club (adult day program for seniors) and an industrial work area, which brought additional revenue while also giving more clients an opportunity to participate in paid work. * Conducted monthly audits of my four programs and quarterly audits of other facilities. Audits focused on the client's charts, money and medication. The audits were completed to ensure everything was up to CARF's standard (national accrediting agency using a combination of state and federal regulations). * Consistently recruited by Senior Leadership (CEO, COO, VP, Director) members to serve as "thought partner" on a variety of confidential topics. Also participated in weekly, bi-weekly and monthly meetings with Sr. Leadership members.
