Duties: • Full responsibility for the factory operations with an organizational structure having 220 employees distributed in 2 Production sites.• Developing, planning and leading the implementation of the business strategy.• Focusing on achieving and maintaining a high service level to customers. • Lead the factory operations ensuring that plans, policies and budgets are adhered to meet required volume, quality and efficiency objectives.• Optimize the production plan to achieve the company targets in the most effective and economic way (Lean Logistic).• Monitor and analyse production costs and take measures to keep the lowest cost within the defined production targets.• Full responsibility of leading, motivating and developing the management team. • Ensuring that factory maintenance is well-planned and all equipment are maintained efficiently.• Ensuring that investment projects are well-planned, staffed and carried out within deadlines and budgets.• Responsible for the company’s health and safety, fire prevention, environmental protection and ensuring compliance with Romanian legislation.• Establish specific KPI's for both sites in line with company KPI's.• Initiate and coordinate workshops in order to optimize the production flow through Kaizen and Lean methodologies (5S, VSM, TQM, TFM, TPM – SMED & OEE, and TSM). • Run VA/VE projects to reduce the manufacturing cost.• Ensuring the objectivity of the annual performance assessment of the staff.• Create and maintain an attractive working environment.• Responsible for compliance with internal procedures.
