SUMMARY Forty years of diverse experience in Mechanical Engineering and Computer-Aided Design:• Airframe Structures: Design of primary and secondary structures including, keel beam, stringers, ribs, spars, winglets, integral fuel tanks.• Aircraft Interiors: Monument Design and Integration including galleys, crew rests, closets, ottomans, and premium seats. • Mechanical Equipment: Design of special machines, jacking systems, servo & vector drive positioning systems, slings, portable work platforms, fixed scaffolding, scissor lifts, shipping fixtures, and ground support equipment.• Tool Design: Design of major assembly jigs, assembly positioners, NC mill fixtures, composite mold fixtures, process holding fixtures, masters, mill fixtures, standard tools, automatic riveting jigs and related tooling.• Engineering Analysis: Statics, stress and strength of materials for steel and aluminum structures. Weight and C.G. calculations. Kinematics and machine design calculations.
