Cybersecurity professional with more than 21 years of experience. Currently, I am a Division Chief at Air National Guard, where I oversee OT&E of Fixed/Expeditionary Communications as well as Cyber Warfare units. In addition, I am the ANG 17X Career Field Manager. I have a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, and I hold the CISSP. Previous certifications include GCFA, Sec+, and Net+. I have extensive knowledge and skills in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, team leadership, and forensics analysis. Previously, I was the Deputy Director of Operations at Cyber National Mission Force, where I led the planning and execution of cyber missions in support of national security objectives. I also served as the Inspector General at 175th Wing, Maryland Air National Guard, where I conducted audits and investigations to ensure compliance and accountability. I am passionate about protecting and defending cyberspace from threats and adversaries, and to enable and empower the cyber capabilities of the Air Force and the nation.
