• Responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing, processing vendor packages, conducting background checks, IRS TIN matching and closing leads provided by upper management.• Use a variety of traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods (websites, cold calling, networking, Angie’s List, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.) to attract high performing vendors.• Provide regular follow ups with vendors to ensure timeliness of recruitment process are met.• Host vendor by screen shares to discuss, work flow, processes, zones and capacity.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with vendors during the “On-boarding” process.• Training and On-boarding of new employees
