I am currently a corporate partner with Leech Tishman in New York. I advise companies, executives, entrepreneurs and investors on mergers and acquisitions, financing, strategic partnerships and business strategy. My most valuable skill is assisting clients to understand their situation, boiling it down to its key elements, and then developing and executing a concrete plan to reach objectives and create value. My experience includes representing nearly every major Wall Street bank as well as globally recognized corporations and businesses. I have served as general counsel of a public company as well as a private company, and I have led corporate strategy for a large technology firm. I have advised investors ranging from large insurance firms to small investment funds and I act as a venture capital investor. My organizational experience includes traditional management structures as well as "skunkworks" and peer-to-peer lattice organizations. I have represented clients and organizations in transactions throughout the United States as well as Europe and Asia. I am author of "All You Can Pay" (NationBooks 2015) which explores the implications for business and consumers arising from the convergence of big data and artificial intelligence. I hold degrees in chemical engineering and law, and I served as Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
