I am 59 years young and have gained an insurmountable wealth of knowledge in the aspects of common sense problem solving.

I have been in the automotive industry for over 25 years and have considerable knowledge of all departments in a dealership. I started in the business as a lot attendant, managed a detail department, and some years later went into the sales, F&I Dept., and management positions. I just graduated from W.T.C. in the science of supervisory management with emphasis on organizational development, cultural indifferences, and safety in the workplace. As a consultant, I problem solve with the outmost common sense that I and the team has, but always open for suggestions. All together I have over 40 years of retail experience and have a wealth of knowledge to contribute to any organizational needs.

I managed the detail department for Mr. Kenny Dahl( Harrys' Father) in the late 70's before I moved to Las Vegas. When I came back in the late 80's I started selling cars at Eversole Motors, Ray Hutson Chevrolet, and then with the Dahl Family again but in the sales department at this juncture of my life's experiences. I have participated in all facets of the sales procedure of Automotive sales, management, and finance department. I was Ford Blue Oval Certified with a customer satisfaction index of 96.8%.

Store manager for Monte Factor Fine Clothiers out of Beverly Hills. My duties were to maintain every day activites at the store. I worked in the Las Vegas stores(we had two stores; one at the Frontier Hotel and Casino, the other in the Stardust Hotel and Casino). Our main store was located in Beverly Hills on Beverly and Willshire. I did the hiring and firing(which was very little), store banking, inventory control.etc. In 1988 the Casino was purchased and tore down to make room for a newer and larger hotel. At this time we decided(my wife and I) to move back to La Crosse where we both grew up and to raise our new son in an area for him to appreciate the changes of season, the school systems, and not to bring him up in a city that evolves around the dollar bill. Which might I add, we are glad we did because he just started his new career teaching the little people at Longfellow. He graduated from Viterbo with honors and worked his butt off for everything he has accomplished...I am very proud of him and his accomplishments.
