If you see what I’ve done in my past, you know what the possibilities are for the future.Decades of experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) EMS management and Law Enforcement.On the EMS side, I’ve been a Chief twice, an Executive Director, and a Chief Administrative Officer. In every organization, I made improvements which made employees happy and made the entities more profitable. I helped to establish the EMS program in the Emirate of Qatar. I’ve been responsible for multiple start-ups, transitions from government agency to private company, and from private company to governmental agency. The places I have managed have very little turnover. I have changed the culture of organizations to make them happier, healthier and more profitable.On the Law Enforcement side, I’ve been a sworn officer and deputy. I have held positions as a tactical medic, sniper, investigator and instructor. I currently hold NRA Law Enforcement Instructor certifications in Pistol, Shotgun, Patrol Rifle and Precision Rifle. I’m a select-fire instructor through Gunsite. I’m an Advanced Firearms Instructor with the National Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors and a Master Instructor with the International Association of Law Enforcement Instructors. I’m certified by the National Tactical Officers Association and an Instructor for Less Lethal Impact Munitions, Chemical Agents and Flash Sound Diversionary Devices. I have specialized training in Active Shooter incidents and have been an instructor for many agencies dealing with Active Shooter response.I have also been a paid and volunteer firefighter. My life has been dedicated to public safety.
