Branding efforts usually involved my interviewing clients and then creating message hierarchy, positioning strategies and creative executions. I also wrote-wrote web content, interactive displays, annual reports, sales support material, as well as scripting an episodic web comedy—Irreconcilable Temperatures—for NYSERDA. Clients included: DuPont Packaging, Kodak Retail System Solutions, Takeform Architectural Signage, Syracuse University (SUPA), Cancer Research Center, Pitney Bowes Mailing Systems, Sias University (China), Our Lady of Mercy High School and NYSERDA (New York State Energy Research and Development Authority).

I was responsible for the quality of the agency’s creative product and wrote for clients such as Kodak Motion Picture Film, Rochester Institute of Technology, Johnson & Johnson, MCC, Unity Health System and others. Managed group of 8 creative professionals—writers, art directors, web developers, traffic managers, media buyers and proofreaders. Member of the agency’s management team.

I delivered concepts and copy for campaigns for clients like: Delsym 12-hour Cough Formula, Canandaigua National Bank, ITT, United Way of Rochester, Chobani Yogurt and others.

Guided the creative output for the agency, supervised a staff of 10 writers, art directors, designers, media, production and traffic managers. Major clients included Corning Fiber Optics, Kodak and New York State Electric & Gas.
