I have been in the Land Surveying profession since 1985 as an employee of Richard D. Bartlett & Associates, LLC. My work experience has been with the same company since that time. I became a licensed surveyor in 1996 and the firm's Vice President in the year 2000. I have experience in client contact, budgeting, project managment, administrative duties, CAD drafting, boundary decisions, expert witness testimony and personnel management. I also occasionally fill in on a field crew for boundary, topographic, and construction layout purposes. I have been the lead deed research person for the last 37+ years and have been involved in high profile boundary cases in different capacities.
