• Created the Sales Reporting Workbook covering all sales revenue by channel, sales rep, state, company and product on a monthly, quarterly, yearly and YOY basis. The reporting system was built in Excel and handles over $65 million in yearly revenue. Used immediately for fact checking numbers from other departments and to handle commissions.• Led the costing of 200+ meal kits, covering the food, labor, packaging, unit overhead, plant expenses and transportation costs. Point of contact on price agreement deals working between sales, accounting and operations.• Ownership of the Sales Bid process. Lead the timeline, delegation of responsibilities and accountability of the final bid. Establish the use standard costs and where to calculate for additional expenses, while finding efficiencies with multiple customers in a market. Consolidate all of the information on multi-million dollar contracts, then present to Senior Management team with my recommendations.• Led the Bid team for $20 Million of Food Nutrition bids over 85 contracts, dealing in a high volume and low margin market. An additional $8 Million in renewals were reviewed and finalized during 2015.• Trusted with the Monthly Senior Leadership KPI report. Consolidate information from the local facilities, production plant and corporate to make a focused one page KPI report.
