• Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.• Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity.• Debugging and fixing technical problems.• Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.• Documenting code and application functionality.• Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development.

• Work independently and as part of a team with other colleagues at all levels. • Interact with clients on a regular basis through face to face meetings, video/teleconferences and email to understand client’s processes and business problems. • Working with Global and European clients to identify industry lead practices and implement them in engagements. • Provide insight and expertise into the ServiceNow configurations and custom application development. • Responsible for unit testing and end to end testing of the technical development and fix related defects till final deployment across sub-production and production environments. • Developing across the ServiceNow stack (e.g. Mobile, Portal, HRSD, ITSM). • Review user stories to understand requirements and technical architecture documentation for solution. • Create the technical documentation, technical design documentation, build/configuration documentation and release notes.

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.• Talk staff or customers through a series of actions, e-mail or over the phone, to help set up systems orresolve issues.• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.• Support the roll-out of new applications.• Basic use of web technologies (HTML, CSS).• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs, prioritise and manage many open cases at one time.• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as softwaredevelopers.
