Leadership management role in all aspects of store operations including but not limited to:-Manage day to day operations of early morning and dayside logistics team (flow/backroom/receiving) to achieve positive store and company wide metric scores-Supervise, train and develop all Team Leaders and Team Members to contribute to the store's overall goals regarding sales, service, and team based productivity.-Maintain company safety and wellness programs and promote safe environment for all work centers.-Act as Leader on Duty for the entire store as designated by Executive schedule-Responsible for interviewing, hiring, developing and retaining the most talented team members--Assist in all Peak and off peak season planning with regards to payroll, inventories and prior years sales records-Oversee store receiving processes, freight flow, replenishment transition, and backroom inventory

Management/supervisory role in all aspects of store sales and operations including but not limited to:-Overseeing all departments including presentation, sales, training and productivity-Leading a dedicated team of associates in providing world class service for each customer-Loss Prevention and security management research and controls-Suggestive selling and cross promotions-Reviewing sales budgets and shrink reports related to daily operations -Nightly cash reporting

Sales role in all aspects of financial sales for Central New Jersey region including but not limited to:-Financial Account management, customer service and trade execution-Working with leads, prospects and referral business-Assisting in implementation of financial portfolios including life insurance, long term care and fixed/variable annuities-Retirement planning consisting of distributions, beneficiary audits, and insurance processing-Calendar management and coordination of business plans in support of three financial advisors-Working closely with Wealth Management operations and other Lines of Business to identify client opportunities and provide complete financial solutions-Expense reports, income statements, check/security deposits, journals and position reports-Training and development of new hire personnel
