Player development centre, with our main focus on developing football players to reach their full potential, at whatever level that may be.We use an outfield and GK coaching curriculum to try to develop well rounded players, through s range of technical and skill based practices, small sided games (1v1/2v2/3v3) and team based tactical play.In addition to developing players, we are keen to develop the coaches in our centre and those coaching locally in grassroots clubs.

Barrow AFC Performance Centre was set up in 2013 and aims to provides players in the U11-U18 age groups quality coaching to enable them to reach their full potential, whether that be in the local are or professional game. The centre plays games against professional academies, other development centres and non league teams, and local club teams. InsideOut Activities has been providing football and sports coaching to children between the ages of 3-11 since 2005. InsideOut runs a number of programmes including after school courses, holiday camps and evening and weekend sessions for boys and girls of all abilities.Responsibilities include:- Day to day running of curriculum, after school, holiday and evening courses.- Managing team of coaches.- Producing and developing sessions and programmes for curriculum PE, after school football and multi skills and evening and weekend courses.- Contacting schools to complete bookings.- Coordinating and delivering Barrow Borough Sports Council's Holiday Sports Programme (HSP).- Booking of venues for HSP to take place.- Organising and managing staff to deliver on HSP.- Providing reports and figures for members of Barrow Borough Sports Council.
