I worked in radio programming and operations for 15 years and now I'm making the transition to become one of the next generation's educators. I'm going for my Masters in Education at National University and look forward to being a middle and/or high school math teacher. I am a huge advocate in empathy and mental health awareness as I want to make sure that we're here for the kids and want to see and hear them before we try and solve their problems.I love being a team player while also working on my own with little to no supervision. I display creative, adaptive and critical thinking skills, as well as working diligently in high-stress situations.
