Compliance: ensuring all compliance is completed to a high standard, making sure all colleagues are up to date with all compliance and are aware of regulatory requirements• Handling cash: ensuring cash is handled correctly, making sure all till transfers and vault balances match at the start of the day, throughout the day and at the end of the day• Coaching: ensuring colleagues feel comfortable with processes, providing relevant coaching and training to ensure colleagues are up skilled in their role and feel confident serving customers• Risk: ensuring all accounts opened have been opened following regulatory requirements and correct identification process has been followed to mitigate risk. Ensuring colleagues have carried out sufficient due diligence when on boarding customers and all checks are completed such as AML. Credit check, screening check and customer risk assessment (CRA)• Business development: maintaining and introducing KBIs such as solicitors and accountants to build external network - this is key as it allows growth towards our targets for account opening and lending.
