Responsible for building a team from the ground up to demonstrate, support, and deliver a new product based on the SharePoint platform. (aimware became BrightWork during this timeframe)

Responsible for defining the product concept and getting the product launched in an early Microsoft based market. Worked with key customers to ensure success and develop a core concept that many subsequent product have been based on.

Responsible for leading a team of process oriented professionals to improve the repeatability and efficiencies of the software development function for the Customer Care and Billing Systems moving to a Smalltalk based system for all of Verizon.

Joined a group of extremely bright and experienced consultants that were helping to move the software development world to a more disciplined and mature level using the SEI CMM as a base model. During this time I worked with many great companies including Nokia, Siemens, Perot Systems, Adtranz, etc. This team was purchased by the PRT Group and later was sold to aimware which later became Team Central and then BrightWork.

An extraordinary team that moved Litton PRC to a CMM level 5 organization.

I was part of a 4 person team that helped move the TIS organization to a CMM level 5 organization. We had to opportunity to participate in all aspects of the leadership activities and were fortunate to have superior leaders. This organization became a model for others and I am proud to been in the team.Prior to joining this team, I led projects, consulted with DoD organizations across the US on how to improve their software development processes and results.

Part of an innovative team that designed and implemented a leading edge network consisting of Novell Netware and Microsoft Mail (became Exchange) along with desktop imaging and support.
