Designed and implemented the RESOURCE interfaces, a stand-alone download system that allowed hospitals to load their case mix information into RESOURCE. The system reduced product installation time by 2 to 3 months and was later purchased by McDonnell Douglas to interface RESOURCE with their IHS hospital system. Reduced existing product run times by up to 80%.
