Canada wastes over half of all food grown. Our process involves the use of insects and micro-organisms to digest these food byproducts. We transform and return their nutrients and carbon back into the ground in the form of soil amendments and organic fertilizers. • As a lab, we are testing the most effective and productive means to process food wastes, sequester carbon, and improve food production. By doing so, we can ensure our food systems are sustainable and a net benefit to climate change and carbon emissions. Show less
