I am a driven and experienced Technical Consultant with a passion for delivering IT solutions fit for clients across all industries. Over the last 12 years in the MSP space, I have developed my skills and continuously broadened my knowledge to keep up with the ever-changing technological landscape.My knowledge has been instrumental in designing and implementing a wide range of on-premise and cloud infrastructures for companies with 5 - 300+ employees.Rather than taking a purely technological view of an issue, I look at each project holistically. To do so, I focus on how the solution will work for the teams supporting it, as well as the day-to-day users of the system. The result is the creation of extensive documentation to aid service desks in supporting the new environments. I have also produced end-user training guides supplemented with online and in-person training sessions including a cyber security awareness presentation to a room of 200 people.Over the years, I have also refined my interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to speak to people allows me to understand each client's requirements and pain points. I then tailor each solution to their specific needs. I am also adept at taking a complex idea or technology and explaining it in a way that even the most inexperienced computer user can understand.I have a strong work ethic which means I work well by myself using my own initiative or within a team,I am currently working as the lead technical consultant for Cloud and More Ltd. This role has been a significant step up in my career as I can continue delivering solutions for clients while helping to set the standard and technologies we use throughout the company.
