Sales of Water soluble products in territory of Continental US and Canada. Maintain current customer business through regular contact. Prospect customers to establish new accounts, process orders and other required paperwork, communication with manager as to trends seen in the territory.

Sales of MRO products Territory of Erie, Huron, Ottawa, & Sandusky counties. From the first month on, handled the territory area previously worked by two account managers. Also took “on-call” responsibilities every weekend during employment period to handle any and all customer issues that surfaced on a weekend and needed immediate response.

Key Account Responsibility. Manage outside and inside sales staff. Job duties included, but were not restricted to: Hire, terminate, assess performance, ride with outside sales staff, budget, control expenses, develop overall and territory specific sales plans, tailor branch initiatives to corporate strategies, take corrective actions when appropriate.
