I returned to Charles Wilson in September 2015 as Hire Manager for the Ashford branch. My duties here involve processing customer orders, managing logistics of the delivery and collection of our large fleet of plant and tool equipment, overseeing and supporting our staff on the hire desk, resolving invoice queries, and liaising with both our workshop and the branch manager to ensure the business runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

I joined CRS Construction Labour in October 2014 with the objective of helping to set up this new business and to make an immediate impact in making the business profitable within a small timescale. To achieve this I was responsible for growth of business using my sales and marketing skills and knowledge of the construction industry.The success of the business was dependent on my understanding the needs of our clients and by managing the the staff I resourced in an efficient and organised manor. I left the company in September 2015 to return to my previous employer.

My role at Charles Wilson Engineers started off as a sales executive. In this position I was responsible for increasing revenue by sourcing new business as well as managing and developing existing clients. I was quickly promoted to hire manager. In this position my key roles included managing costs and logistics, negotiating sales, and general overseeing of the day to day business, in what was a highly successful and profitable office.

My responsibilities at Hewden as area sales manager included maintaining key accounts, actively seeking new business, achieving sales targets set to me, negotiating with clients, all whilst improving my sales and marketing knowledge. During my time here I was fortunate enough to be a member of a sales team which was recognised by winning a British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Award (BESMA)
