▪ Founded the Group as part of a mandate to run the oldest US loan investment fund. Primarily responsible for growing the Group to a peak of 62 professionals managing 50-plus investment funds with over $27 billion in managed assets.▪ Built a global product platform, including a US and Canadian retail fund business, domestic and offshore private and commingled institutional platforms offered through funds domiciled in eight countries (USA, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Ireland, the Cayman Islands, and Bermuda), and a global CLO business that has structured and currently manages over 30 US and European CLOs.▪ Structured and managed over 80 funds and accounts with a combined maximum fund size of over $50 billion. Traveled extensively for 20-plus years to create distribution networks and investor relationships across North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.▪ Created and supervised all business management processes; created a proprietary senior loan portfolio management system; devised all management policies for loan trading, settlements, treasury, accounting, risk, and compliance. ▪ Built strong, longstanding partnerships with major global loan arrangers and sponsors, including US and European financial institutions and global private equity firms, and cultivated relationships with third party service providers (e.g., trustees, custodians, internal and external auditors, legal counsel, and regulators).

▪ Co-founded the Prime Financial Companies, serving as COO (1985 – 1992) and CFO (1988 – 1992).▪ Managed all financial and regulatory functions including budgeting, financial reporting, investor relations, debt and equity financing, and all operational processes for the companies.▪ Instrumental in its public listing on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) and primarily responsible for managing closely held partnerships and corporations providing investment banking and financial services; managed ownership interests in five hotels and 12 real estate investment partnerships.▪ President (1990 - 1992) and Financial Operations Principal (1986 - 1992) of Prime Financial Securities, a wholly-owned, registered broker-dealer.
