Provided technical and development support for Bechtel WTP Engineering Design Agency and Design Authority groups Engineering Training and Qualification Management Improvement Plan (MIP-33). Provided improvements in the training/qualification content, method of delivery (classroom and CBT), timeliness, and the format/structure/tracking of the qualification process and associated documentation. Improved qualification program implementation by converting existing “Read and Discuss” qualification program into a performance (task/deliverables) based qualification program focusing on discipline deliverables. Developed several new qualifications to aid managers and supervision in qualifying personnel in specific deliverable family groupings thereby allowing personnel to preform work sooner. This method reduced qualification time where an engineer can own their signature from 12 months plus down to 2 or 3 months.Developed and implemented Basic Instructors Training (BIT) course focusing on the ADDIE process used by DOE. Course covered additional details of the ADD process to address managements direction.

Managed the development and implementation of an operations training program consisting of ~120 tasks for operators and supervisors at a DOE Cat II Non-Reactor Nuclear CERCLA Facility.Supported five facility startups in both training and drill program development/implementation.Developed and managed an operations drill program at two different DOE HazCat II Non-Reactor Nuclear CERCLA/RCRA Facilities. Provided major revision to the sites operations drill program documents and forms used for conduct of drills. This provided a streamlined process improvement for drill development, documentation, and performance.Provided drill scenario and initiation ques to support the Idaho National Labs Emergency Management Drill program.

Designed and developed e-learning (WBT) training materials for a west coast utilities company & for SAP enterprise software use for an electronics (copiers) manufacturing company on the east coast.

I revised the D&D task analysis to reflect current work force needs balanced with safety. Developed bench top training supporting 10 common tools (tasks) incorporating safety, environmental and tool selection considerations for safe decon and demolition of highly contaminated equipment, systems and buildings.Co developed and implemented the 6 week long D&D Training program later reduced to 4 weeks due to efficiencies identified during pilot sessions. Instructed over 300 crafts during the implementation process.
