After helping to found and grow Tempest and gaining an unique insight in being a brand owner whilst dealing with buyers from all over the industry, I have gained valuable contacts ranging from independent store owners to large national retailers, I have joined Red Storm Fashion Agency in an non executive role to help consult on the growth of this exciting company. Red Storm takes a multi faceted approach in how it sells it's brand collections, combining traditional showroom and trade show sales, on the road boutique and store visits and innovative Skype Video sales presentations. Red Storm has particular interest in launching international brands into the UK and beyond and I will use my experience in international markets to help grow this side of the agency. Currently working on a large scale IT project unique to the fashion industry.

Tempest is one of the UK and Ireland's fastest growing brands and with a strong retail customer base ranging from high end independent boutiques to a large presence on ASOS.com. The company is making significant inroads into the international market and will be pursuing an overseas expansion plan from Q1 2015. The company is one of the few brands in the market place that manufacture their own items, with the company now employing over 30 staff at their factory and head office facility in Bridgend, South Wales. The in house production facility means that the brand is truly 'Made in Britain'​ and all parts of the company's processes are now operating in house. The company employs designers, pattern makers, garment technologist, sample hands, pattern cutters and machinists all under one roof. I resigned as as executive director in June 2015 to pursue other interests.
