Get greater results. More importantly, we know how to take you there. I started my career in Wang Lab’s and later Dell Computers manufacturing facility in Limerick. I was a Director on the Supply Chain team in Dell for over 10years having managed many of the functions from Warehousing, Procurement, Supplier Management and Demand Management. It was in Dell that I developed a passion for lean thinking as a methodology to drive operational excellence.I joined the LBS team in 2008 and am a Director and a Senior Lead Consultant. I work with many clients across various business sectors, including Food, Engineering, Manufacturing, Furniture, Service /BPO.Since 2002, LBSPartners have been helping clients realise their potential, to achieve their goals, develop their organisational talent, delight their customers, while solving many problems/challenges along the way. I have spent a lifetime working in demanding industries where the only constant is change. I have experience working in Large Multinational companies, Large Indigenous companies and SME’s. Irrespective of the company size, what motivates me most is to help companies build structures and a culture to allow people grow and develop to be able to realise their potential… i.e. to strive to be the best they can be. This in turn drives their companies forward.
